Shipping Policy

Captain Clothing accepts orders 24 hours a day, every day of the week. Orders are processed in the order they are received and expedited shipping orders, such as Priority and Express shipping, are elevated in priority to meet the delivery deadline. All orders are shipped from our location in Dallas, Texas via FedEx. Captain Clothing ships to all 50 U.S. states.

Returns

You have ​3 calendar days prior to receiving your item to send an email notifying us that you want to return an item for an exchange due to size from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

Refunds

There is a no refund policy.
